Day 9

Day 9 of 1% Better.
Today, I tried a completely new workflow: I built my Motivational Quotes app using Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Wiki technique as the primary context and persistent knowledge base for my AI.
Honestly? I am surprised by just how incredibly effective this approach is.
Here is why building a project with a persistent knowledge graph from day one completely changes the game:
- Deep, Persistent Context: Instead of starting from scratch or losing track of the architecture in every new chat session, the AI had a structured, evolving memory of the project to draw from.
- Smart Linking: As the app took shape, it naturally tied into broader concepts within my system like [[Prompt Engineering]], [[Vibe Coding]], and [[Deployment]].
- Sharper Outputs: Because the AI could see exactly how the project connected to my overall environment, its code generation and problem-solving were insanely accurate and highly contextualized.
My biggest takeaway
A connected knowledge base helps you keep learning from them.
