Day 4

Day 4 of 1% Better.
Today, I spent time studying Steve Jobs - Introducing the iPhone (2007) presentation.
A few things I learned
1. Start with one clear theme. The best presentations revolve around a single idea people can remember.
2. Give people a roadmap. When the audience knows where you’re going, it’s easier for them to stay engaged.
3. Sell an experience, not just information. Stories, analogies, and demonstrations make ideas easier to understand than specs alone.
4. Keep visuals simple. Slides should support your message.
Visual > Text.
5. Rehearse more than you think you need to. Great presentations often feel effortless because of the preparation behind them.
End with something memorable. Steve Jobs’ “One more thing...” was not just a phrase it was a way to leave people wanting more.
The biggest takeaway for me was this
👉 Great presenters don't overwhelm people with just information. They turn information into a story people can actually remember.
